The Founders are the very first generation of Seven Ghosts. In the manga, they are said to be the most powerful generation of Ghosts, because their bodies are of Heaven.They have been laid to rest in The Cuvere and seem to have an unsettling presence even in death. [1]
They are the progenitors/ancestors of the Seven Houses of God.
Appearance[]
In their true forms, they appeared as skeletons dressed in long, voluminous, hooded black cloaks. Their human forms were never shown but they presumably looked at least somewhat like their descendants.

In the wake of the goddess Eve's death, Verloren became insane and massacred humans. The Chief of Heaven created and dispatched the Founders to punish and defeat him, aided by the Eye of Mikhail and Eye of Raphael.

The Founders married humans and spawned seven supernaturally endowed bloodlines: namely, the Verius Family, Hausen Family, Krat Family, Oak Family, Raggs Family, Barsburg Family and Reuen Family.
