The Spiritual Voice is a mysterious entity that spoke to Teito Klein when Verloren left the human world, and also when Mikage Celestine boarded a special bus that took him to the afterlife in Supreme Sugar 03. The identity of the voice's owner is unknown; however, the Chief of Heaven may be the owner, though this is unconfirmed.

It is very dedicated to its job and has little sympathy for humans, demonstrated when it curtly told Teito that he had no right to interfere with its retrieval of Verloren's Soul and sternly warned Teito not to board Mikage's bus.
