Millea's Father is the father of Millea Klein and thus the maternal grandfather of Teito Klein.
History
He was born into the royal family of Barsburg Empire. He then married, or at least had relations with, an unnamed woman who gave birth to their daughter Millea. He has never appeared in either the anime or the manga, and seems to be entirely uninvolved in his grandson's life.
